Every journey begins with understanding oneself. 😍
For me, this beginning came through accepting my pain and emotions. I learned to understand my anxious attachment and emotional struggles, and gradually realized that the weight of pain does not have to stay with me forever. 😅
Then came the time for healing. I learned that prioritizing my mental peace and self-love is not selfish—it is necessary. Through neuroplasticity, I began shifting my neural patterns, healing both my mind and my heart. This practice became a part of my daily life.
The most natural expression of my experiences and healing became writing and storytelling. I launched my Substack newsletter, “دل کی آواز | Khushbakht Ahmed,” where I share emotional and healing stories—my own and those of others. I also started a YouTube channel, “دل کی آواز – Khushbakht Ahmed,” where stories are shared only through text and visuals.
This journey is also deeply connected to my professional life. As a therapist and self-awareness coach, I want to empower people to rise above societal norms and the pressures of social media. Freelancing and portfolio development taught me that it is possible to monetize my work and bring creativity to a professional level.
Today, my personal life is filled with clarity and peace. I am creating a happy, healed environment for myself and my family. I am confident in my choices, and I will never compromise my emotional well-being again. 😇
This is my journey—
It began with pain, passed through healing and creativity, and has now reached self-love and empowerment. Every pain I felt and every struggle I endured taught me one truth:
There isn’t anything left ….damn that says it all right there
You sound like me.
And you thought our collab couldn't work!
I never said that!! I’m still waiting on a topic to do 😭

Great ideas, I guess, but this is for responding to Kiwi's piece.
this is so beautifully written and so so sad. I relate to it heavily ♥️
Bby. ❤️
♥️♥️
A sad read, though you can tell it's written from the heart (maybe the soul) and it tells a lot of truth.
This is sad. Relatable but sad. Do you need a cookie?
If it’s a soft chocolate chip cookie, I might be less sad
It’s oatmeal raisin
I’ll never be happy
Oh my! This exchange made me smile. Thanks!
